资产证券化部门负责人

Our client is one of the top tier asset management company and they are expanding their ABS business in China. They are looking for the leader with full experience in ABS area for their ABS team with good career development and attractive package. 

Main Responsibilities:

1、负责资产证券化部门搭建；

2、负责项目交易结构设计与定量分析、产品方案组织、编写、申报、实施；

3、协助制定资产证券化产品募集发行方案；

4、负责市场开拓、机构路演、商业谈判、客户维护； 

5、参与创新业务开发与执行等。

The Successful Candidate:

1、金融，经济等本科及以上学历，熟悉资产证券化业务，具有资产证券化项目经验者优先； 

2、对创新业务有深刻的理解；

3、有较强的团队管理能力、沟通能力、学习能力、协调能力和开拓能力。
