Product Manager, Insurance

Our client is an international bank that is looking for Product Manager role to assist in life insurance product planning and development, product strategies, insurance partner management, sales channel support and insurance business development. They will provide attractive package and good culture.t

Main Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning and Development 
- Work with sales / segment to identify market and customer needs 
- Develop Life products to meet needs of various segments of customers 
- Coordinate with relevant parties in the launch of new products and related procedures to ensure a smooth end to end process 

2. Product Strategies Development 
- Enhance product performance by development of effective marketing propositions and selling angles 
- Perform business review on product performance 
- Monitor product mix and margin 

3. Insurance Partners Management 
- Maintain good relationship with insurance partners 
- Work closely to effectively utilize the resources available to achieve target results 

4. Channel Support 
- Communicate with sales channels on product updates 
- Develop various product sales tools to support frontline for more effective selling, etc. 
- Design & deliver training programs to sales staff with relevant parties 

5. Insurance Business Development 
- Develop business strategy for life insurance products 

The Successful Candidate:
- University graduate with a concentration in Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Economics, etc. are more preferable 
- Relevant work experience in insurance companies and/or banks (especially bancassurance) 
- Insurance professional qualification is a plus 
- Able to demonstrate solid experience in product launches, sales process roll-out and/or marketing campaigns implementation 
- Good understanding of insurance business particularly Bancassurance 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills 
- Able to work as a team
