Transaction Banking Sales Team leader
Our client is an international bank that is looking for Transaction Banking Sales Team leader to look after MNC clients in North China. They will provide attractive package and good culture.t
Main Responsibilities:
1. To achieve individual business and financial target and maximize market share.
2. To maintain existing customers and explore the target market proactively, aggressively and passionately.
3. To understand customers’ specific requirements and work closely with Product Manager to offer the appropriate TB solutions.
4. To cross sell Global Transaction Banking products and services to promote Bank’s franchise.
5. To work together with Relationship Management team to come up with quality credit proposals and minimize the potential credit loss.
6. To collaborate with all business partners with trust, respect and courtesy. To work with other team members to build up a leading TB team in the market. To continually challenge and question the way of doing to improve efficiency. To have productive and creative thinking, develop technical skill and professionalism.
7. Strict obedience to the cost control policy.
8. Understand and comply with regulations and internal policies to ensure no deviation to each compliance requirement.
9. To build up Bank TB market profile by organizing or participating in various marketing events.
10. To provide feedback on client needs to TB product management. To work with the Implementation & Service team and Operation Team responsible for all post sales activities, delivering the promised solutions in professional manners and providing first class service to clients.
11. To assist China TB MNC head in planning and administrative responsibilities and build up a performance driven working atmosphere.
The Successful Candidate:
1. Graduate with 10 years commercial banking experience. Specialized trade finance and cash management knowledge and expertise.
2. Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc)
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a team player with strong influential skill that can motivate other team members to achieve the business objective.
4. Excellent presentation skills, strong selling skills and customer service skills including but not limited to communication skill and negotiation skill.
5. Strong written and spoken English, local language capability.
6. Self-confident and performance driven. Ability to work independently under pressure and work persistently.
7. Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentation and communicate with all levels of management.
8. Ability to make decisions, influence other and work in co-operative manner and find resolution to product needs.
9. Strong appreciation of operations processes and procedures, and understanding of accounting.
