Main Responsibilities: 

负责机构理财产品的设计开发及管理

The Successful Candidates：

1、金融学相关专业硕士以上学历；

2、3年以上国内外资本市场产品研究开发经验，熟悉机构产品开发和管理的方法和流程；   

3、具备市场敏感性和创新能力、组织协调能力和出色的表达能力；

4、 CFA或者有基金公司、证券公司等金融机构相关工作经历者、一对多产品研究经验者优先。
