Main Responsibilities：

1.根据本部门的业务发展规划.组织指导相关信托项目的开发与产品设计

2.提高对信托项目的全面管理能力

3.促进部门信托业务收入的平稳快速增长。

The Successful Candidate：
1、五年及以上信托、银行、投资银行或国内其他金融投资机构相关工作经验，其中三年及以上管理经验

2、经济、金融、财务等专业本科及以上学历；

3、具备CFA或CPA或证券从业资格优先；

4、具备优秀的组织协调能力、分析研究能力及团队管理能力；
