Senior Credit Analyst --fixed income investment

Main Responsibilities:

1.Prepare comprehensive and clearly written business credit applications for credit approval on a timely basis

2.Perform ongoing analysis of the credit profile of rated corporate with prompt reporting and appropriate action to deal with irregularities

3.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the China’s operating environment

4.Building and maintaining financial models, frequently including complex structures and complicated balance sheets. 

5.Working closely with deal team members to ensure team’s priorities are met on an on-going basis

6.Performance of company due diligence as part of new financing transactions, and other situations.  

The Successful Candidate:

1.University degree major in Finance or Accounting, Master degree preferred

2.Three   years in credit analysis Professional

3.Able to write research on individual companies and industry sectors;

4.Candidates should be highly proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word

5.With solid and relevant professional and solid working experience in credit rating,work experience in major international credit rating agency preferred Transferable Competencies

6.Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking

7.An organized team player who can work independently

8.Good inter-personal and negotiation skill Training and Development: CFA, CPA holder preferred Some credit travel required to visit bond issuers and have management meeting
