Our client is one of the top tier asset management company and right now they are seeking for a confident and experienced Project Manager role for their fixed income department. Our client provide attractive package and good career development. 

Main Responsibilities：
1、负责企业债券项目的承揽和承做工作； 
2、负责承揽项目方案分析、设计与尽职调查；
3、负责项目的具体实施和起草所有相关发行文件。 

The Successful Candidate：
1、金融、财会、法律、经济类专业，硕士以上学历；
2、2年以上债券承揽承做或会计师事务所工作经验优先； 
3、具有较强业务能力，良好沟通技巧，团队协作精神；
4、有注册会计师资格者优先。
