Manager and Senior Consultant--Automotive Industry

Our client is one of the top tier accounting firm, and currently they are looking for Manager and Senior Consultant role who majors in automotive industry for Business Performance Service department to expand their BPS team.

Main Responsibilities:

1).Participating in the rapid expansion of the BPS practice by contributing to the creation of effective business development and market expansion strategies in relation to auto OEM/Dealership operation transformation, performance optimization and supply footprint optimization, and overseeing the execution of these strategies

2).  Managing and developing important client relationships with major auto players

3).  Managing the quality delivery of service results and follow up with client for satisfaction

4). Managing resource allocation and optimization of resource utilization to ensure maximized performance of the team

 The Successful Candidate:

1). Experience in managing high impact, complex and analytically challenging projects in high-pressure, milestone-based environments

2).  An ability to interface with senior industry executives and strong formal presentation skills

3). The Manager role requires a minimum of eight years experience in management consultancy, professional services advisory or with a blue chip industry company with demonstrable experience in one or more of the following priority areas:

· Business Strategy and Planning

· Supply Chain & Supply Footprint Optimization

.  Working Capital Management

.  Business Integration & transformation

.  Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management

4). Industry experience should include in-depth exposure in at least one of the following industries: manufacturing (automotive), auto retailing, auto component manufacturing, industrial markets like manufacturing of other durable goods, power & energy, and consumer goods. Candidates with depth in multiple industries will have an advantage.

 Fluency in both written and oral Mandarin (Putonghua) and English is required
